Feeling guided. Cats out the ethereal bag.

I have been feeling real convicted lately. As an artist, I've had many seasons of courage and creativity. It was the start of 2025 that I heard the call to bridge the gap between my creativity and root to my personal healing. Naturally, I am compelled to share this journey with my Jzt Code audience and yet still realizing the ways I get in my own way. Have you ever felt the thorn of self-sabotage while also being pulled by purpose? What a wild ride.

I had to embrace the feeling of discomfort, and I am still reaching new levels of this experience each day. This blog is a catalyst for more courage, so thanks for participating in this God-led leap forward.

As a black woman raised in a Baptist church, I'm sure many would not have seen my path leading to divination with Tarot but here I am. Now almost eight years later, Tarot has been in union with my journaling rituals although I've yet to bring my readings to the public- I fight the call until I surrender and receive what Spirit has to say. I am introducing myself once again not only to you all as a divining woman, but to myself as the door I've avoided opening. Convenient distractions such as conformity and the expected business trends/focus have been easy outs until this past week. I caught a cold and amidst trying to get better, I found myself having what some call an "out of body" experience. I was led to see a version of me from the past as a scribe. Confirmations flowed deeply over the next few days. So here I am, rising on this Wednesday to share some words of wisdom.

When your purpose is taking form, each season presents a challenge or in other words- an opportunity to grow deeper into your authenticity. Just as a baby is catered to with the utmost care, we are faced with decisions to do the same regarding our personal growth. There will be moments when the choice shows to be unpopular, but it boils down to settling or expanding.

• Set Boundaries - Claim your power and know your value, today. This is an interesting sentiment. Owning your journey of growth involves accountability for habits you have outgrown and could potentially sabotage your progress. Perhaps your problems are caused by haste and inconsistency-OOP. Tough pill to swallow but truth! In this microwave era of instant gratification, we are often consumed with the easy route to our success. Overindulgence easily takes lead, but we have the power to own the path ahead with new choice. TEMPERANCE. Moderation is key. Self-control may not be the sexiest concept but believe it brings sexier results rather than a spin out of "How did I get here?" This is a time to recuperate and observe the season you are in. Listen to your body. Make time for stillness and tap into your inner wisdom. Become sure of yourself on deeper levels while loyalty trumps the negative dialogue you may have become accustomed to over the years. Unlearn what no longer aligns with your path and allow your greatness to be recognized.

• Let It Come Forth - Give yourself permission to feel it. Wow, the timing of this is divine. I have personally pushed the barriers of my comfort zone and met my own authenticity. This came by aligning with my truth, I had suppressed emotions waiting to be acknowledged. The mask I'd worn to shield these emotions cracked under the divine pressure of exploring what was underneath. Dance and move your body. Let the exterior of your suppressed, hardened self-become undone. This is a key piece to the integrity built within you. Balancing the versions of who you are takes self-examination with grace and care. These versions of you are the makings of all the choices you have made up to this point in life. Owning your past, and the potential of your choices moving forward is a magical space to be. This is alchemy. Weather the storm by practicing this intimate and sacred ritual daily as it creates security and safety around you. Allow the gifts to show through and own them as you learn more about your most magical self.

• Let Love Guide You - Choose to see the good in the world today. Our mind curates a projection of the world we see. We are simply experiencing the condition of our imagination and nervous system. Knowing this- focus on new opportunities, resources, abundance, stability, and manifestation. This requires taking initiative and acting on new projects, businesses, and collaborations that align with your core values. This is the beginning of opened doors and networks of individuals who connect you to financial prosperity. Remember the power of teamwork while honing your skills. Let the wisdom of the divine continue to grow within you in both uprightness and generosity. Above all be true to yourself as you show up in genuineness and authenticity to those around you.

To sum it up, we are on a path to a higher trajectory and there is only so much we can predict. I'll gladly take this guidance and capitalize as much as I personally can both creatively and through my business.
